We are central for both coastal and countryside excursions. The Wheatsheaf offers comfortable en-suite accommodation for your stay. The bedrooms are newly refurbished and all have Tea and Coffee making facilities, Televisions and Hairdryers. Our Bar and Lounge area is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The walls are adorned with wonderful old prints of Cuckfield in days gone by and are of great interest to the locals. Garstons farmhouse is the original Tudor farmhouse dating back to the 15th Century. We have recently lovingly restored the house back to its former glory. Based on the outskirts of the pretty village of Bolney and only 2 minutes off the A272 and fifteen minutes to Brighton we are perfectly located to get to all the local shops and restaurants. We have lots of lovely walks on our 500 acre farm and also four fishing lakes you can wander, just a ten minute drive and you can be on the south downs. The farmhouse can sleep up to 11 people. We have three double bedrooms, one twin room, a single room and a room with pull out sofa bed. A large family dining room and lounge with TV. We also have a large garden and nice patio area where you can enjoy the evening sunshine. Just a ten minute walk away and you are in Bolney village where you will find two traditional pubs, both serving homemade food and local wines and ales. If you carry on up the lane from the farm you will reach Bolney vineyard, were you can enjoy a vineyard tour or lunch and a glass of wine overlooking the vines.
