In the years since, the Trooper has built an enviable reputation for the quality of its food and drink, as well as for the excellent level of service and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant & bar is open from Monday evening until Sunday lunch (closed Sunday evening & Monday lunch with the exception of Bank Holiday weekends when the bar & restaurant is open for lunch on Bank Holiday Mondays but closed in the evening).
