1978 FIFA World Cup stadium map

Hosted by Argentina, the 1978 World Cup brought the hosts their first title after a 3-1 extra-time win over the Netherlands in Buenos Aires. Mario Kempes scored twice in the final and won the Golden Boot with six goals.
